Returns and Replacement for Entire Kit

Please apply the service according to the returns and replacement policies for entire kit on the store you purchased from.

If you bought the commodity from Makeblock official web store at amazon.com, please contact Amazon Service Representative


If you bought the commodity from Makeblock Official Website (http://store.makeblock.com), please follow the following procedures.

1). Send an email with subject indicating "Applications for Returns and Replacement" to ntec-support@makeblock.com.
Meanwhile, the mail shall specify:

a. Order No:

b. Tracking No:

c. Why do you want to return and replace the item?

2). Within 2 working days after receiving the e-mail, Makeblock will verify and give a proposal for solving problem according to the actual condition.

3).For the commodity needs to be returned, the customer, after well-packaging the same and filling in corresponding information, shall send the commodity to the location designated by Makeblock; and meanwhile, notify Makeblock of the tracking number by mail.

4). After confirming that the commodity received complies with the returns and replacement conditions, Makeblock will refund within three working days.

Expenses: Regarding the applications for returns and replacement for non-quality issues, all the freight and related costs, including but not limited to tariffs, shall beundertaken by the customer. (Note: Payment upon arrival is not allowed.)

Refund: Corresponding refund will be returned to the account through which the customer purchased the commodity.

 

Defective upon Receiving, Repairs or Technical Inquires

Procedure:

1). Please send an email with subject indicating "Repairs"/"Defective upon Receiving"/"Technical Inquires"to tec-support@makeblock.com. Meanwhile, the email shall specify:

a. Receipt;

b. Specific description on the damaged parts and quantity thereof. (Note: for names of the parts, please refer to the Parts List);

c. Specific issues or the troubleshooting steps you have tried.

2). Within 2 working days after receiving the e-mail, Makeblock will verify and give a proposal of solving problem.

3). For those confirmed by Makeblock, it will provide repairs or make replacement according to actual conditions.

Expenses:

1. Associated expenses arising from the repairs of the commodity within the warranty period and scope will be undertaken by Makeblock. (Note: Makeblock will select a shipping carrier according to actual situations.)

2. For the damages falling beyond the warranty period or scope, Makeblock will provide lifelong free technical assistance and free repairs with customer bearing all related cost (freight, maintenance cost, customs tax and so on).

Please note: to better judge the reason, Makeblock may require the customer to send back the damaged commodities for further analysis, judgment and improvement, and Makeblock will return the expenses arising therefrom to the customer's account.


 

Parts missing

Please e-mail customer service representative of the web store, which you purchased at, to request replacement service.

If the commodities are sold by Makeblock at amazon.com, please contact Amazon Service Representative for order missing, and contact tec-support@makeblock.com for parts missing from the kit.


If the commodities are bought at Makeblock Official Website (http://store.makeblock.com), please contact ntec-support@makeblock.com.

 

Procedure:

1). Please e-mail the corresponding service representatives within 7 days upon receiving with subject indicating "Order missing" or "Parts missing".
Meanwhile, the email shall specify:

a. Receipt;

b. Tracking No.

c. Specific description on the missing parts and quantity thereof. (Note: for names of the parts, please refer to the Parts List);

d. Return address (PO box and mail addresses are not available; the ZIP code is required), contact person and contact number.

2). Within 2 working days after receiving the e-mail, Makeblock will verify and give a proposal for solving problem.

3). For the verified parts missing, Makeblock will arrange replacement for the missing parts. (Note: Makeblock will select a shipping carrier according to the actual situations.)

Please note: If you purchase the product through authorized distributor, please contact the customer service by the authorized distributor first. When the distributor cannot verify the technical issue, feel free to contact Makeblock for technical assistance.
